A 50/50 blend of our Mexico decaf and our caffeinated Mexico, roasted in small batches on Park Road in Reading, Pennsylvania.

PROCESS: Washed (the decaf half is Mountain Water Process)
BODY: Medium
ACIDITY: Mild to medium
ROAST: Light
